Terms of Sale

All products supplied by BioSyntric Labs Australia are intended strictly for legitimate laboratory, in-vitro and analytical research use.

Products are not medicines, supplements, cosmetics or food. They are not supplied for human or veterinary consumption or administration, and they are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or condition.

We do not provide medical advice, dosing information, administration instructions, protocols or preparation-for-use guidance, and we cannot respond to requests for them.

By placing an order you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age.

You confirm that you are legally permitted to purchase, receive, possess, store, handle and use the products in your jurisdiction, and that you will do so in a suitably equipped research setting.

You are solely responsible for complying with all laws, import requirements and institutional rules that apply to you.

You must not administer the products to humans or animals, or supply them to any person for that purpose.

You must not relabel, repackage, resell or otherwise distribute the products for human or veterinary use, or in a way that misrepresents their research-only status.

BioSyntric may refuse, cancel or refund any order where the intended use appears inconsistent with these terms, or where information provided at checkout is incomplete or inaccurate.

All prices are shown in Australian dollars (AUD) and are payable in full before dispatch.

Payment is processed by Stripe. Available payment methods are those Stripe presents for your order and location at checkout.

Prices, product availability and catalogue contents may change without notice. An order is accepted only once payment is successfully captured and the order is confirmed by us.

Shipping charges are determined by the destination you select in the cart: for Australia, A$15 applies to orders under A$150 and shipping is free on orders of A$150 or more; for international orders, a flat A$40 applies regardless of order value.

Destination availability is shown at checkout. Research materials may be subject to the laws of the destination country, and you are responsible for lawful purchase, import and possession.

Returns, replacements and refunds are handled in accordance with our Shipping & Returns page. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee or right that applies to you under the Australian Consumer Law.

Product information on this website is general research information drawn from published scientific literature. It is provided for context only and is not medical advice, a recommendation or a claim of any outcome.

Where documentation such as a Certificate of Analysis is referenced, it describes only what was tested for the relevant lot. We do not publish figures we cannot substantiate.

To the extent permitted by law, and subject to any non-excludable consumer guarantees, BioSyntric is not liable for loss or damage arising from use of the products otherwise than as research materials in accordance with these terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia, Australia, and the courts of that jurisdiction have non-exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
