Shipping & Returns

Orders are prepared and dispatched from Australia after payment is confirmed. We do not guarantee a specific delivery date, and transit times depend on the carrier, destination and any customs handling involved.

We cannot control or predict customs inspection, duties or clearance outcomes for international shipments. Any duties or taxes levied by the destination country are the purchaser's responsibility.

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible — within 7 days of delivery where you can — using the contact method shown on this website or by replying to your order confirmation correspondence.

Please include your order reference and, where relevant, photographs of the outer packaging and the affected items. We will assess the issue and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Because these are laboratory research materials, we cannot accept returns of opened items, or of items whose storage conditions after delivery cannot be verified.

Unopened items may be considered for return where the request is made promptly and the items are unused, sealed and in original packaging. Contact us before returning anything so we can confirm whether a return can be accepted.

Nothing on this page excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee or right that applies to you under the Australian Consumer Law, including remedies for goods that are not of acceptable quality or that differ from their description.
