Orders are dispatched from Australia. The destinations we can ship to are the ones selectable in the address step at Stripe checkout; if your country is not listed there, we cannot ship to it at this time. Transit times depend on the carrier and destination, and we do not guarantee delivery dates or customs outcomes.

Documentation held for the current lot of a catalogue item is available on request. We publish a report or purity figure only once we hold the corresponding document for that lot, which is why our documentation page shows an honest status rather than placeholder values.

As general laboratory handling information: lyophilised materials are best kept sealed, frozen or refrigerated as indicated on the product page, away from light and moisture. We do not provide reconstitution or use instructions.
